Maintenance
Please email the maintenance team for any maintenance issues or questions, including backups, trees, boundary lines, fencing, sheds, mailboxes, or any other concerns.

Garbage & Yard Waste
City garbage pickup: Monday mornings
Yard waste barrels: Early April to Late November
Rec Center & Exercise Room
Daily: 9:00 AM to 8:45 PM
Reservations required for events $45 security/cleaning deposit
Pool Information
Opens: Around the first week of June Closes: Tuesday after Labor Day
Hours:M/W/F/Sat/Sun: 10 AM to 7 PM
Tues/Thurs: 11 AM to 7 PM
Rules:No lifeguard on duty
Children under 18 must be with a resident adult
Residents must accompany guests
Approved swimwear only (no cutoffs)
Approved swim diapers only
No pets, running, diving, loud music
No glass or alcohol, and food
3-Bay Garage
Daily: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Reservations required $50 key & cleaning deposit
Winter Reminder
Please check heat tape and skirting for damage.Frozen pipes or water meters caused by neglect will be the owners responsibility.

Parking
No street parking. Violators may be towed at the owners expense.
