2025 Mobile Home Tax Statements - DELAYED

Good morning Residents, 

Casa wanted to pass along some important information that was brought to our attention. 

The 2025 Mobile Home Tax Statements are Delayed. 

Below is what it reads from the Yellows County Treasurer, Hank Peters: 

MOBILE HOME TAX STATEMENTS DELAYED

Due to potential legislative changes regarding property taxes, statements for 2025 mobile home taxes will be delayed until the legislative process concludes. First half payments will be due 30 days after the statements are mailed. Taxpayers in the Property Tax Assistance Program will have a 20-day grace period. A notice will be posted here when statements are mailed.
