Friendly Reminders

Good afternoon all ~

As we head into the Labor Day weekend, we wanted to give you a few friendly reminders:

*Rent is due by the 1st of the month. Your rent must be received at the office by the 5th of the month to avoid late fees. On the 6th and 20th of each month, $20.00 late fees are added to your balance due. After the 20th of the month, we may elect to serve a 7 day-Pay or Quit.

*There is no on street parking. Please do not park on the streets or block the fire hydrants. That is illegal. Violators will be towed at their expense.

*Our maintenance team has an email address. Please email them with your questions & concerns pertaining to outside maintenance. casamaint105@gmail.com

*Last day to swim at the Casa Pool is Monday, September 5th.

*Last day for irrigation water is Sunday, September 25th.
